The staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, 10 minutes from Ambatoloaka where boat excursions depart. The food is good and varied, and the musical entertainment is pleasant at the end of the day. However, the Wi-Fi doesn't work well, and the rooms could do with a little updating.

The hotel is located at a fantastic location. It’s next to the beach and the infinity pool just make it so stylish. The Italian buffet served at lunch and dinner are something to die for. The staffs were friendly and played volleyball and paddle tennis with me.
My stay here for four nights were incredible.

wonderful place, comfortable swimming pool. staff are super helpful. i strongly recommand this resort.
one of the day, me and my wife get sick seriously. staff help arrange a doctor to come see us. those staff are really hepful in the hotel.

We discovered this hotel because it had been a while since we had been to Nosy Bé. We absolutely do not regret our choice. From the arrival shuttle to the departure shuttle, everything was perfect. A beautiful structure, a beach cleaned every day, the staff always smiling and competent, the good food, the activities offered, the pool facing the sea and the superb sunset. A quick word also for its very accessible and caring manager. In short, all this to say that we will return and recommend the Palm Beach Resort and Spa in Nosy Bé

Villaggio consigliatissimo, pulitissimo, personale gentilissimo e ristorante TOP, animazione presente ma non invadente! Il giardino è curatissimo pieno di tante varietà di piante. La location è ottima per la vicinanza alla maggior parte delle destinazioni da visitare. Il punto mare non è bellissimo in quanto nei primi metri dalla riva ci sono quasi sempre le alghe a causa del fenomeno delle maree ma la tranquillità della spiaggia è impagabile. La bellezza del mare la vedrete nelle escursioni! Nella stessa spiaggia sulla destra (spalle al villaggio) é presente l’orfanotrofio “Stella Maria” gestito dalle Suore ( casa gialla a circa 100 Mt).Accettano donazioni ( l’euro è accettato ovunque), noi abbiamo lasciato vestiti e materiale scolastico. I bambini di Nosy be, in generale chiedono colori e palloni. Sulla sinistra del villaggio c’è una bancarella con 3 ragazze… abbiamo fatto anche i massaggi… e’ un piacere aiutare persone che hanno bisogno ma che hanno sempre il sorriso! Villaggio assolutamente consigliato. I tramonti sono speciali!!!
